The error could be with either the Smart Charge or the light. If you have another Smart Charge, try charging your Parrot with it. If you don't have a second Smart Charge, please contact one of our partners in your region to have your light checked. You can find a partner here. If this isn't available, you'll need to send the light and Smart Charge in for inspection. Always use the original packaging, which we'll be happy to send you in advance.
