The status LED on my Parrot is lit up continuously in light blue, and the light cannot be operated. What can I do?

Please place the Parrot on the charging dock and press and hold the button for about 10 seconds. This will reset the status LED, and it will start flashing green. The Parrot can then be operated as usual using the button.
