First, you should check whether there was no voltage on the converter during the installation of the light until the pendant or spotlight was connected. We clearly emphasize this point in the installation instructions because it is important to prevent damage to the LEDs. If this point was not observed, the LED might have been damaged, and an inspection and repair will be carried out by our Technical Support. Please use our contact form for coordination.
If you have installed everything without power and the light does not illuminate, please turn off the power again and swap the + and - wires of the pendant or spot. Since LEDs operate on direct current, correct polarity must be observed. However, if you did not pay attention to this, it is not harmful to the LED.
Another potential source of error could be the failure to use ferrules after shortening the cable. Please refer to the instructions in the assembly manual.
Before turning the power back on, at least 2 minutes must have passed since it was turned off!

In these instructions, next to the opening where the light is attached, there is a small white switch in the top part. Please check if it is turned on.
