If you have recently installed your light, e.g., after moving, please read this post first.
If your light has been working perfectly so far, the problem could be either with the LED or with the converter, i.e., the ceiling connection. Since you have multiple lights, you can narrow down the problem by rehanging the non-functioning pendant/spot. If the pendant/spot lights up in a different location, the converter is defective. If this pendant/spot still doesn't work in a different location, the LED is defective. Please note the information in the post mentioned at the beginning!
If one of the components is defective, please contact us. Please provide us with information about the purchase date and describe the problem as precisely as possible. Photos are always very helpful here.
